PREACHING TO ALL OF THE HEART

There is little controversy over whether preaching should aim for the heart, but the question arises about how it should be done. This article provides an answer to this question by clarifying the biblical understand- ing of the heart in its fundamental unity and in its threefold complexity. Appreciating how the heart works in this way sheds light on preaching effectively to the heart.
